The move on to global beverage director at La Petite Maison followed that logic, reflecting experience earned in operation rather than theory. Recognition came through the Caterer Middle East Awards, which named him Bar Manager of the Year. The award sits with a career built on translating a house style into service that reads clearly at the bar and at the table.

Where They Are Now

At La Petite Maison in Mayfair, London, Tibor Krascsenics oversees the beverage side with a structured approach that still leaves room for presentation. In 2025, that work included a cocktail run shaped around memory, atmosphere, and place. Déjà Vu, the result, was built as a glossy, vintage-magazine-style menu: a time-capsule format aimed at the French Riviera rather than a fixed point in time. “The goal is to transport guests back in time,” he said. The drinks push that brief in different registers. Birkin is LPM’s twist on the Americano and arrives with a custom French silk scarf, bringing an added layer of ritual to the serve. Soleil draws on Fragonard’s Soleil fragrance, shifting the menu toward a more perfumed, sunlit register. Taken together, the menu frames the drink list as a set of cues tied to locale, memory, and Riviera reference.

Signature

Tibor’s signature dishes include Birkin and Soleil. Both show the same emphasis on framing that runs through his work: drinks shaped not only by composition, but by the way they are presented and the atmosphere they help set.
