Tony Hohlfeld is a German chef born August 24, 1989, in Grimma who co-founded and operates Restaurant Jante in Hannover with sommelier partner Mona Schrader. He became Germany's youngest two-Michelin-star chef after Jante received its first star in 2016 and second star in 2020, following earlier experience at Berlin's Hotel Adlon and Ole Deele in Burgwedel. His cuisine is characterized by innovative seasonal cooking with regional and high-quality products, presented with creative monthly-changing menus.
