Vasco Coelho Santos is a Portuguese chef based in Porto who opened Euskalduna Studio in December 2016 as a contemporary signature-cuisine project on Rua de Santo Ildefonso. The official restaurant site says the name “Euskalduna” was chosen as a tribute to his professional path in the Basque Country, and a current profile describes him as the chef of the award-winning Euskalduna Studio and the driving force behind a growing restaurant group in Portugal. He also launched Semea by Euskalduna in Porto as a second project tied to the Euskalduna brand.
