Will Nacev is Executive Chef of Le Pavillon, Daniel Boulud's seafood and vegetable focused restaurant at One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan, which holds one Michelin star. He was executive sous chef at DANIEL before Le Pavillon opened in May 2021, when he initially shared the executive chef title with Michael Balboni.
