William Candelon

William Candelon is the chef at Le Puits Saint-Jacques in Pujaudran, where the official restaurant site says he and his team welcome guests and where the chef page states he took over the restaurant in October 2019. The chef profile also says he first worked at the restaurant in 2002 after training in brigades with Alain Ducasse and Michel Guérard, and later became the sole person in charge. He is also identified as the chef running Le Pont de l’Ouysse in Lacave, with a 2026 restaurant listing stating that he runs the kitchen there.
