Xabi Ibarboure is the chef at Les Frères Ibarboure in Bidart, in France’s Basque Country, where he has led the kitchen since 2012-2013 after succeeding his father in the family restaurant. The restaurant is a multi-generational family house on Chemin de Ttalienea, and coverage describes Xabi and his brother Patrice as the two brothers at the helm, with Xabi in cuisine and Patrice in pastry. The restaurant is presented by its owners as a Michelin-starred gastronomic house in Bidart.
