Youssef Marzouk is a Franco-Tunisian chef who opened Aldehyde in Paris’s 4th arrondissement in 2024 as chef-propriétaire. Aldehyde’s official site describes it as his first restaurant, and press coverage notes that the restaurant quickly earned Michelin recognition after opening. He is described in coverage as having worked in major Paris kitchens before launching his own table, with a cuisine shaped by French gastronomy, Tunisian influences, and travel.
