The room at The Barlow keeps the winery close to its industrial shell. Warehouse-chic surfaces, controlled quiet, and living room-style seating soften the edge without hiding the working context. Comfortable couches make the tasting feel private, but the language of the place stays tied to the cellar: barrels, pours, older bottles, the slow comparison between what is still forming and what has already settled.
