Adam Chapman is Chief Winemaker at Sirromet Wines, where a 2017 WSET Global interview notes a winemaking career spanning more than thirty vintages in Australia and France and over 800 medals attributed to his wines. A 2024 Wymara Resort event listing also describes an Adam Chapman as a Wine & Spirits Educator in Australia with WSET Diploma and IBD Distilling qualifications, but the publicly available evidence does not conclusively prove this is the same person as the Sirromet winemaker.
