i. Biography
Adam Siegel is the owner and executive chef of Lupi & Iris, a downtown Milwaukee restaurant he launched in 2022 with a Riviera-inspired menu focused on French, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine. He is milwaukee’s "sophisticated dining destination" creator, and he manages Lupi & Iris with his wife, Daria Aitken-Siegel. He was previously an executive chef with The Bartolotta Restaurants and is a 2008 James Beard Best Chef: Midwest winner.
