i. Biography
Adarsha Man Tamrakar is the co-founder of Barc, an intimate speakeasy in Kathmandu, Nepal, opened in 2021 with Abhishek Tuladhar. He leads the food programme at Barc and is having transitioned from civil engineering and construction into hospitality after completing an MBA and working with the Taj Group of Hotels in India and the KGH Group of Hotels in Nepal.
