Agostino Perrone is Director of Mixology at The Connaught Bar in Mayfair, London, and has led the bar since its 2008 reopening. After moving from Italy to London in 2003, he worked at several esteemed establishments before joining The Connaught, where his hospitality-led approach helped redefine the bar’s reputation and menu. He is also identified in the venue’s own materials as the creative force behind the bar’s award-winning profile and co-author of its 2024 book, The Connaught Bar: Recipes and Iconic Creations.
