Dan Reinisch is the beverage director at Father Forgive Me, a wine and cocktail bar on the grounds of The Shepherd in Detroit’s East Village. Reporting from the bar’s opening described him as formerly of SheWolf Pastificio & Bar, where he brought wine expertise to Father Forgive Me’s program. He is a Detroit-based beverage professional and bar manager at Father Forgive Me since April 2025.
