Joe Robinson is a Detroit hospitality operator and bartender-owner associated with Standby, a modern cocktail bar in downtown Detroit, where he has been involved since its 2015 opening, and with Father Forgive Me, a wine and cocktail bar on The Shepherd campus in Detroit’s East Village.
