Abdulrahman Alsowailem

Abdulrahman Alsowailem is a self-taught Saudi chef and co-owner of Marble in Riyadh. A pilot by profession, he began Marble with Meshal Alakeel as a wooden roadside stall in 2018 after struggling to find a local steak that met his standards. Their following enabled them to open the permanent restaurant in 2020, where Alsowailem cooks beef and burgers over oak fire and develops specials from his travels.
