i. Biography
Alexis Leven-Mentzelopoulos is the Gérant and CEO of Château Margaux, the Bordeaux first growth estate managed by his family, and the third generation of the Mentzelopoulos family to lead the domaine. He joined the family estate in early 2020, first as Attaché de Direction / Business Development Director, then became Deputy General Manager in charge of Strategy and Development before being appointed to the top role at the end of 2023. He holds a BA in Global Communications from the American University of Paris and an MSc in Vineyard and Winery Management from Bordeaux Sciences Agro.
