Arlon Casey Jones

Arlon Casey Jones, also known as AJ Jones, is the co-founder and master distiller of Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, which he founded in 2014 with his wife, Peg Hays. The distillery traces its family legacy to his grandfather, the legendary Kentucky stillmaker Casey Jones, and produces bourbon and moonshine using a square copper pot still inspired by that family design. Casey Jones Distillery was sold to B3 Beverage Company, and Jones described himself publicly as co-founder and the company’s master distiller during the transition.
