Andrew Fritz is the co-owner of In Good Spirits Hospitality with chef Bernie Kantak, the group behind Citizen Public House in Scottsdale, The Gladly in Phoenix, and Beginner’s Luck in Old Town Scottsdale. He has described opening Citizen Public House in 2010 and The Gladly in 2013 with Kantak, and later adding Beginner’s Luck in 2024.
