Andrés Conde is the chef behind La Ideal Mar in Pamplona, a seafood-focused restaurant at Plaza Salesianos, 1. He is returning home after nearly three decades cooking in France, the United States, Peru, South Africa, and Dubai, and MICHELIN lists La Ideal Mar as his restaurant with a relaxed, traditional style and occasional contemporary touches. The restaurant opened in 2024 and is presented as his first personal project in his hometown.
