i. Biography
Anna Sonenshein is a co-owner and chef of Little Fish, the seafood-focused Los Angeles concept she launched with Niki Vahle from their Echo Park home during the pandemic. Little Fish grew from a pop-up and takeout window into brick-and-mortar locations in Echo Park and Melrose Hill, and the project received a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and was named one of California’s 2026 Young Chefs of the Year.
