    i. Biography

    Niki Vahle is a co-owner and chef at Little Fish, the seafood concept that began as a home-based pop-up in Echo Park and later expanded to a brick-and-mortar location there, with a second restaurant in Melrose Hill. Little Fish was launched with Anna Sonenshein after the two met while working at Son of a Gun in Los Angeles, and the concept earned recognition from the MICHELIN Guide, including Bib Gourmand status and the 2026 California Young Chefs of the Year honor for Vahle and Sonenshein.
