i. Biography
Benjamin Sukle is the chef and owner of Oberlin and Gift Horse in Providence, Rhode Island, two restaurants located across Westminster Street from each other. Gift Horse opened in 2023 as a raw bar and seafood restaurant, while Oberlin is his earlier restaurant and is still operated by him. He has been a James Beard finalist for Best Chef: Northeast for both Oberlin and Birch.
