Bailey McCarthy is a Houston hospitality partner and interior designer associated with Goodnight Hospitality, the group behind Montrose Cheese & Wine, Rosie Cannonball, March, and The Marigold Club in Houston’s Montrose neighborhood. McCarthy is providing the design sensibility and development support for the group’s restaurant complex, and a partner in The Marigold Club alongside Peter McCarthy, June Rodil, and Felipe Riccio.
