Andy Bell is a co-owner and founding partner of Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms in Aughton, Lancashire. He and Tracey Bell acquired the historic six-acre property in 2015 and undertook its two-year restoration in partnership with chef Mark Birchall before Moor Hall opened in 2017.
