i. Biography
Andy Bell is the co-owner of Moor Hall in Aughton, West Lancashire, which he acquired with Tracey Bell in 2015 and later developed into a world-class restaurant and rooms in partnership with chef Mark Birchall. Moor Hall opened in March 2017 after a multi-million-pound renovation of the Grade II-listed property, and the restaurant went on to earn Michelin recognition, including a second star in 2018. He is also identified in trade coverage as the founder of AJ Bell, the investment company, and as the owner behind Moor Hall.
