Tracey Bell is a co-owner and founding partner of Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms in Aughton, Lancashire. She and Andy Bell acquired the historic six-acre property in 2015 and led its restoration with chef Mark Birchall, transforming the hall into the restaurant and rooms that opened in 2017.
