Matthew Davison is the restaurant director at Moor Hall in Aughton, Lancashire, where he has also served as head sommelier and overseen the venue’s wine and beverage programme. Moor Hall’s official site says he began working there in December 2021, and the venue credited him in 2024 for compiling the wine list that won Best Wine List at the AA Awards.
