Aurélien Bellocq is a French chef and co-proprietor of L'Auberge du Pas de Vent in Pouillon, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. After training in multi-starred establishments, including Le Petit Nice under Gérald Passedat and Relais de la Poste under Jean Coussau, he took over the historic Landes inn in June 2015 with his wife, Cindy Bellocq. Under his culinary leadership, the restaurant has earned critical acclaim, including a Michelin Bib Gourmand, for its authentic Southwestern French cuisine.
