i. Biography
Annie Shi is a New York City restaurateur and self-trained sommelier who co-owns King in SoHo and Jupiter at Rockefeller Center, where she has led the beverage program for years. She opened Lei, a Chinatown wine bar on Doyers Street, as her first solo venue in 2025, pairing Chinese flavors with an extensive, wine-driven list. She was recognized by the MICHELIN Guide as the Northeast Cities 2025 Sommelier Award winner for Lei.
