Patty Lee is a Taiwanese American chef who cooks at Lei, the Chinese wine bar on Doyers Street in New York City’s Chinatown. Lei opened in June 2025, and Lee is described in coverage as the chef running the kitchen and as a former Mission Chinese Food alum.
