Meshal Alakeel is the co-owner of Marble in Riyadh. He and chef Abdulrahman Alsowailem began the concept as a wooden roadside stall in 2018, built a loyal following around its fire-cooked steaks and burgers, and opened the permanent restaurant two years later.
