    i. Biography

    Agung Prabowo is an Indonesian bartender and bar operator based in Hong Kong, identified with The Old Man, Penicillin, and LOCKDOWN. In 2020, he won the Industry Icon Award from Asia’s 50 Best Bars while leaving The Old Man, and later co-founded LOCKDOWN with his wife Laura in Hong Kong’s Central district. He has also been described as a co-founder of Penicillin and Dead& and as overseeing beverage programs and day-to-day management across those bars.
