i. Biography
He began bartending at Yokohama’s Windjammer at age 20, moved to Singapore in 2007, joined Jigger & Pony in 2013 as bar manager, and later oversaw cocktail programming across the group’s venues. Sources also describe him as a co-founder of Find The Locker Room and a bar consultant for The Japanese Highball Bar 1923 Krung Thep.
