Alan Roth is a Miami hospitality consultant and restaurateur associated with Giselle Miami, the rooftop restaurant above E11EVEN Miami, and with Rosa Sky Rooftop in Brickell. He is a Miami partner of The Restaurant People and a co-creator of Giselle, which opened in early 2023 atop E11EVEN Miami. He is a longtime hospitality veteran involved in South Florida concepts including Jack’s Miami and other nightlife projects.
