Albin Wessman is a Swedish chef and co-founder of the Stockholm restaurant group Adam & Albin, which he launched with Adam Dahlberg in 2012 after years of working together in Swedish kitchens. The duo’s original restaurant Adam/Albin in Stockholm received a Michelin star in 2022, and Wessman now also serves as CEO/owner while focusing on operations and economics for the group. In 2026, the pair opened Adam Albin at Regeringsgatan 2 in Stockholm, continuing their fine-dining project in a larger venue overlooking central Stockholm landmarks.
