i. Biography
Alejandro Serrano Delgado is a Spanish chef from Miranda de Ebro, Burgos, who leads the restaurant Alejandro Serrano in his hometown and launched his personal project there in November 2019 as an extension of the family business. His restaurant has been recognized by the Michelin Guide, and he earned a Michelin star in 2021 at a very young age, becoming one of Spain’s youngest chefs to receive the distinction.
