    Alexia Duchêne is a French chef from Paris who rose to wider attention on Top Chef France in 2019, where she reached the semi-finals. She later led projects including Datsha in Paris and became the chef behind Le Chêne in New York’s West Village, which opened in 2025. Sources also place her earlier in kitchens including Giovanni Passerini in Paris, and note prior roles in London, New York, and Copenhagen.
