    Allen Hyunmin Suh is the owner-chef of Restaurant Allen in Seoul, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Gangnam. He previously returned to Korea after working in U.S. restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park in New York, and first launched L’Impression in Seoul, which earned two Michelin stars in its opening year. He is identified in official and quasi-official event materials as the founder of Restaurant Allen and as a chef known for contemporary French cooking shaped by seasonal Korean ingredients.
