Anders Lauring is the Executive Chef at PM & Vänner, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Växjö, Sweden, where he oversees the kitchen for the fine dining establishment, bistro, and banquet operations. The restaurant, led creatively by Per Bengtsson, earned its first Michelin star in 2016 as the inaugural one awarded outside major Swedish cities, alongside a Wine Spectator Grand Award. Lauring emphasizes local, seasonal, and ecological Småland produce using classic and modern techniques.
