André Guidon is a Brazilian chef and pizzaiolo associated with Leggera Pizza Napoletana in São Paulo, which he founded in 2013 and has built into a multi-location Neapolitan pizzeria. He has been cited as the chef in charge of Leggera and as a representative of AVPN in Brazil, and the restaurant has received major regional and international recognition, including being ranked among the top pizzerias in the world.
