Andreas Saul is a Berlin-born chef and owner of Bandol sur mer in Berlin-Mitte. The restaurant’s official site identifies him as the creative force behind Bandol and states that he became chef de cuisine in 2010 and took full ownership in May 2018; the site also notes the restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2016 and a Green Michelin Star in 2023.
