Andreas Schaffrath is the chef leading La Bécasse in Aachen, where the restaurant is serving classic French cuisine with modern elements. The restaurant’s own Andreas Schaffrath is the continuing Küchenchef, and a 2025 restaurant notice says he will remain in that role while a new partner joins the house.
