Andrew Mace is a Portland, Oregon chef who worked his way up to chef de cuisine at Le Pigeon before leaving in 2016 to helm a sustainable seafood project. He later co-opened Lazy Susan in Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood with Earl Ninsom and Nora Mace; sources describe him as head chef, co-owner, and/or culinary director there, and the restaurant opened in 2020.
