Annamaria Kolić is the chef running Alla Beccaccia in Valbandon, Croatia, where she has led the kitchen since spring 2023 alongside her husband Ivor Kolić. She is a chef trained at The Culinary Institute of America who has also worked in Germany, Italy, and Austria, and whose cooking emphasizes local Istrian ingredients and traditional flavors.
