i. Biography
Anthony Attanasio is the Director of Beverage at The MINA Group, where he oversees beverage strategy and brand programming for Michael Mina’s restaurant portfolio across the U.S. and in Dubai and Riyadh. He previously served as Director of Spirits for Boisset Collection (2023–2025), helping launch and expand Casa Obsidiana Tequila and Calistoga Depot Distillery, and earlier held senior bar leadership roles at Michael Mina, Bottega, and Morimoto Napa.
