i. Biography
Anthony Marinese is a distiller, distillery builder, and author who has worked in the spirits industry since 2012, starting in San Francisco before moving into distilling and consulting roles. He is currently based in Lima, Peru, where he is co-founder and distiller at Lima Distillery Co.; prior to that, he served as head distiller at Jettywave Distillery in Half Moon Bay, California. He has also published the book Pop Cocktail: 60 Recipes Inspired by Film and Television.
