Antoine Amiot-Servelle

Antoine Amiot-Servelle is a winemaker and co-manager of Domaine Amiot-Servelle, a family-owned estate in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy, France, founded in 1920. Son of Christian Amiot and Elisabeth Servelle, he holds an MSc in Wine Management from Burgundy School of Business, experience in sake production in Japan, and training in viticulture and oenology. He joined the domaine in 2017, taking responsibility for vineyard operations with a focus on sustainable practices, and assumed full management alongside his sister Prune in 2020.
