Antonio Lai is a Hong Kong-based mixologist and bar operator best known as the founder of Quinary, which opened in Central, Hong Kong in 2012 and became known for his Multisensory Mixology concept. He is also identified by The Opposites and industry profiles as a co-founder of The Opposites in Central, Hong Kong, where he works with Samuel Kwok. Public profiles describe him as a multi-award-winning international mixologist and note that he has helped drive several of Hong Kong’s leading cocktail venues.
