Charlene Dawes

Charlene Dawes is a co-founder of Quinary, the pioneering Hong Kong cocktail bar she established with bartender Antonio Lai. Their venue became one of the city's early craft-cocktail leaders and helped create a platform for Lai's multisensory drinks programme.
