Bai JiaWei

Bai JiaWei is a Singaporean mixologist and hospitality entrepreneur who co-founded the dual-concept café and cocktail bar Stay Gold Flamingo in 2021, which ranked No. 32 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2023. In 2023, he founded White Shades, a four-story experiential cocktail and culinary venue in Singapore. Earlier in his career, he rose to prominence at Employees Only Singapore, becoming the youngest bartender outside the New York flagship to achieve the title of Principal Bartender.
