Jerrold Khoo is a Singaporean bartender, co-founder, and creative director of Stay Gold Flamingo, the dual-concept cocktail bar and coffee-and-wine venue on Amoy Street in Singapore. He is one of the founders of the venue, which opened in September 2021 and presents itself as a community-focused “third place” combining Flamingo (coffee and wine) and Stay Gold (cocktails). He has also been described in business coverage as co-founder and creative director, reflecting his role in shaping the venue’s bar, coffee, and interior concept.
